Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Product DeliveredIf the product you receive is different from what you ordered.

  • Incomplete Orders If any items from your order are missing.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Request Timeline Return and refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. 

  • Product ConditionThe item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Returns will not be accepted if the product sticker is opened or tampered with.

  • Proof of Purchase A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

  • Unboxing VideoAn unboxing video is mandatory to process claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

  • Opened or Used Products Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.

  • Change of MindReturns or refunds will not be provided if you decide you no longer want the product.

  • Late Requests Any return or refund request made after the 7-day window from the delivery date.

  • COD orders – For hygiene and safety reasons, COD orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the monocarton has been opened.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Team Email us at customercare@velaire.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Necessary Details Share your order details, along with an unboxing video and images of the product.

  3. Return Shipping (if applicable) If your return request is approved, you may need to ship the product back to us. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Evaluation & Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • The processing time for refunds is 7-15 working days from the date of approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on Velaire’s part (e.g., incorrect or defective product shipped).
