Conditions for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return Request Timeline – Return and refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition – The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Returns will not be accepted if the product sticker is opened or tampered with.

Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Unboxing Video – An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

Opened or Used Products – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.

Change of Mind – Returns or refunds will not be provided if you decide you no longer want the product.

Late Requests – Any return or refund request made after the 7-day window from the delivery date.

COD orders – For hygiene and safety reasons, COD orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the monocarton has been opened.

Evaluation & Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
