Important Note: Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Refund Processing:

Upon successful cancellation of an order, refunds will be processed within 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
